The price is 120.- CHF for 55min Cranio Sacral Therapy.

Please pay either in cash or by TWINT on the day of treatment.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is recognized by additional insurance (EMR). Please clarify beforehand with your health insurance provider whether yours costs will be covered.

Appointments that are not canceled 24 hours in advance must be paid for privately. Missed session time due to being late will be charged in full.

If you have a medical emergency, please contact a doctor or visit an emergency room.

What is Cranio Sacral Therapy?

Cranio Sacral Therapy developed from osteopathy at the beginning of the 20th century. It is based on the craniosacral rhythm, which is reflected in the fine pulsation of the cerebral and spinal fluid. This fluid is essential for the nervous system, it nourishes and moves the nervous system. (From the skull (cranium) to the sacrum. This rhythm can be felt throughout the body.

How does Cranio Sacral Therapy work?

If there are indurations or blockages in the body, these are reflected in the cranio-sacral system. The cranio sacral therapist can locate these blockages in the body and use specific techniques to resolve them. These blockages can have very different causes such as: injuries, operations, scars, misalignments or falls.

Cranio Sacral Therapy can be used at any age. Cranio Sacral Therapy can be used preventively as well as therapeutically for acute and chronic complaints. This is especially true for:

About me

My name is Katrin Rieder and I grew up near Lucerne.

During my training as a health specialist, I noticed that I really like the technical side of the job. I decided to go one step further in this direction. In 2011, I started my training as a qualified specialist in surgical technology. Since then I have been able to gain insights into different disciplines in various hospitals. It has always been my goal to help people achieve a better quality of life.

Through my own experience in osteopathy, I have noticed that sometimes it doesn't take that much, but only someone who can feel exactly what the body is missing in order to function better. That fascinated me so much that I started training as an osteopath at SICO (Swiss International College of Osteopathy) in 2017. In the meantime I have completed my diploma as a Cranio Sacral Therapist.
